Before the OTAs took over, in 2008 we were responsible for those super-effective newspaper promotions in the likes of The Times and The Daily Telegraph that your hotel probably featured in at some point. As Booking and Expedia’s prominence grew, inevitably so did our clients’ commission bills, and their needs quickly shifted to needing a specialist hotel online marketing agency that would help them wrestle back those bookings direct.
